The handles are sturdy and match other Cuisinart cookware. I'm taking a couple points off because Amazon's description calls this roaster induction-ready, THIS ROASTER IS NOT INDUCTION READY. it is made from non-magnetic stainless and will not get get hot on the stovetop, for making gravy and such. The design of the bottom makes it impossible to sear anything as all the oil falls into the rigdes around the outer edge and the pan is so thin that any heat above low causes the whole pan to buckle loudly. Every year I end up buying a new walmart pan or world market pan (each ~$10-$15) and I regret it every year. The pans pop in the oven, I blast my turkey on high heat and it really effs up my pans. Then I make gravy at the end in the pan and I just keep thinking....I wonder what is coming off of these pans and going into the gravy.... Anyways, this year blasting the turkey on high heat was no problem at all, I didn't experience any popping of this beautiful pan. The gravy I made was AMAZING. Still no popping over direct flame. It didn't stain. It didn't stick (surprisingly with stainless). After the meal I slide this pan with the turkey into the fridge for 3 days, without washing it. And after I finally picked the turkey, I clean this bad boy. There was ZERO spots left on the pan, ZERO scratches. This pan is amazing. I cooked a 24 lb Turkey for 20 people and having this pan will reduce my mass "where the %@#* do I buy my pan this year!!!!????" anxiety. ( Reviewed in the United States on December 11, 2014 )

I'm worried that the rack won't last, as it bends a bit when I put a heavy bird in it. I like how the handles are high enough to provide a stable grip even when there is something large and heavy in it on the rack. The fact that it's all not non-stick is great! Makes it last longer, and makes for amazing pan drippings with nice browning. The handles seem to be attached well. The pan itself is made from thin metal, which is why this is getting 4/5 instead of 5/5. ( Reviewed in Canada on June 19, 2019 )
